Benefits Terms & Conditions

Effective: July 15, 2025

Welcome to the Capitola Cannabis Club Membership Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued ID, or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation under California law.

  • The Program is available for in-store use only. Membership benefits may not be redeemed online, by phone, or through delivery services.

 

 

2. Enrollment

  • You may enroll in-store or online by providing your name, phone number, email address, and a valid ID.

  • By joining, you consent to receive marketing texts, emails, and/or app notifications, which you can opt out of at any time.

 

 

3. Program Benefits

  • Members may receive:

    • Exclusive in-store discounts and promotions

    • Early access to select product drops or special releases

    • Loyalty points or credits on qualifying in-store purchases

    • Invitations to member-only events or experiences

Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

 

 

4. Use of Membership

  • Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

  • Membership benefits are valid for in-store redemption only and require verification of active membership status at the time of use.

  • Any misuse of membership (e.g., sharing accounts, fraudulent redemptions, abuse of return policies) may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

  • Members must follow all store rules and policies while on the premises.

  • All members must comply with state and local laws and regulations while visiting our retail location, including any laws related to the purchase or possession of cannabis or other regulated products. Misuse of benefits or violations of legal requirements may result in loss of membership privileges.

 

 

5. Changes to the Program

  • Capitola Cannabis Club reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice

    • Change the benefits, point structure, or eligibility requirements

 

 

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties. You may update your contact or communication preferences at any time by contacting us in-store or through customer support.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Capitola Cannabis Club is not responsible for:

  • Technical delays, errors, or outages related to the Program

  • Misapplication of points or delays in communication

  • Any unavailable or discontinued promotional items or offers

 

 

8. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying store staff.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your membership at any time for violation of these Terms or store policies.

 

 

9. Membership Fees and Refund Policy

If a membership fee is charged at the time of enrollment or renewal, that fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your membership before the end of the membership period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. Any unused benefits or promotions at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
