Job Description:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the cannabis industry? We are seeking a reliable Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher to join our team in Oakland, CA. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor delivery schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and dispatch activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and handle inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant tools.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
- Must be open to work on weekend – Office operates 7 days a week
