Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand, engage our customers, and drive sales across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize social media strategy and account aesthetics.
* Create and oversee promotions and discounts across all platforms.
* Design and execute email and text marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness.
* Analyze campaign data to optimize future marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or a related field.
* 1+ years of marketing experience
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools.
* Skills in data analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
* Excellent communication and project management abilities.
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Compensation
* The projected hourly rate for this opportunity is $28–$30, with the final amount depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and education.
