Job Description:
The Cannabis Distribution Specialist will play a vital role in managing the flow of our cannabis products from cultivation through to retail and delivery. You will ensure timely and compliant distribution of products across the state, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent communication with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and oversee the transportation of cannabis products to licensed retailers and delivery locations in compliance with state regulations.● Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and distribution.
● Maintain all required records, logs, and manifests according to state and local laws.
● Work closely with the cultivation, retail, and delivery teams to manage product flow and logistics.
● Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
● Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, and drivers comply with all safety and legal requirements.
● Assist with inventory audits, inspections, and reporting as required by regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
● Strong understanding of California cannabis distribution regulations and compliance.
● Knowledge and experience with METRC systems
● Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
● Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
● Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
